"It doesn't work on DT Swiss freehubs, xdr and Shimano."
"Great tool but the diameter of the rod is larger than some of my hubs so the tool has limited value"
"Tried these today and generally impressed. Did not know if they would remove the bearings as mine have spacers between them, but they removed them pretty easily. They could not quite grab my freehub bearings due to a tight spacer, so removed one bearing with a punch and then used this tool to easily remove the other one. They remove the bearings in a nice controlled manner, which I was happy about when I pressed the freehub bearings in and forgot to include the spacer. I used this to remove a bearing in a way that did not damage it, and then pressed it back in with the spacer. One thing I think could be improved. I had trouble removing one bearing as the extractor cup was a little too shallow. I could remove the bearing about 80% of the way, but the tool bottomed out on the extractor cup and could not go further. Would be good if the extractor cups were 5-10mm deeper. Otherwise, a great tool."
"Fantastically designed tool and quality made. Always satisfied with Abby Bike tools."
"Great tools. Super to work with. And bonus they are cool as f...."
"An expensive tool, but necessarily so. They are super high quality, and that comes at a cost. Not to mention, they surely are not producing these at a high rate where they see economies of scale. While I agree with Javier’s review that the packaging leaves a lot to the imagination ... they are loose parts in a cardboard box ... I certainly don’t want more plastic junk out there. So I’m glad there’s not some cheap blow-mold plastic case included. Yes, there could be a high-quality cardboard kit case, like you see a lot of modern high end electronic devices shipped in. But not worth any extra cost. I’m fine putting these in a small bin, loose with my other bearing extractor tools in my tool chest."
"I absolutely love abbey tools and bought these on impulse but must admit I was very disappointed with the packaging. At that price point, i was expecting a bit more."
